After the "fall", I can just imagine the conversation

in this scene!

"Adam, does this leather Garment make me look fat?"

"NO DEAR!"

Beautiful Body

Isn't this a lovely scene of Adam and Eve.  Just freshly created

and so "Good" and beautiful.

"Thank you for the apple my helpmate, and my, you are looking ever so beautiful 

today.  My eyes can barely take in all your loveliness!"

"Oh Adam, please, you are making me blush!"

Beautiful Body

     The human body shares in the dignity of "the image of God": it is a human body precisely because it is animated by a spiritual soul, and it is the whole human person that is intended to become, in the body of Christ, a temple of the Spirit:232   364 pg. 93 Imprimi Potest.      In laymen's terms;  All humans are created by God, in His image and likeness, so therefore deserve respect for that purpose alone.  Those that have received the sacraments of Baptism and Confirmation, have received and are strengthened by the Holy Spirit.  Knowing this, as Christians, we have a unique outlook and respect of our bodies and of our fellow human beings. We must not take on the perspective of the world around us in treating our bodies as something, disposable and undignified.  But as something Holy and pure.  

     Follow along as we seek enlightenment in this profound truth!
